Yes, I’m still skiing, hiking and doing other outdoorsy things in the snow and surf, but I was not good about blogging all of my ski trips, so this is a little update on highlights from 2022-2023:

Began the season in November 2022 in Colorado. I stayed in Blackhawk, and took day trips to Keystone, Loveland, and Winter Park.

Then not much ski-wise until an early January 2023 trip to Beaver Creek where I got in two days skiing with a new friend, one in glorious fresh powder condtions.

Had a number of Wisconsin day trips scattered throughout the season to Cascade Mountain, Devil’s Head, Nordic Mountain, and my “local,” Wilmot, plus cross country skiing at Mirror Lake State Park.

A February trip to Reno/Tahoe took me to back to a perennial favorite, Mount Rose, and new-to-me, Homewood.

My last ski trip of the season was to Brian Head Resort in southern Utah.
